Duration: 3 to 6 months
Rate: £350 to £450 per day inside IR35

We are seeking a creative Instructional Designer to support development of engaging digital learning content for large workforce transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities
• Design and build interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline
• Produce structured storyboards and learning journey flows
• Script clear, engaging learning content aligned to business outcomes
• Conduct user testing and content validation cycles
• Work with SMEs to translate technical material into accessible learning

Required experience
• Expert level Articulate Storyline development capability
• Strong instructional design methodology grounding
• Demonstrable content scripting and narrative structuring skills
• Experience testing and iterating digital learning products
• Exposure to AI avatar / voice tools such as Synthesia or ElevenLabs desirable
